𝟏) 𝐏𝐀𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐘 𝐂𝐇𝐄𝐅 (𝟏 𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧)
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
– Produce high-quality pastries and desserts for both restaurant service and events.
– Create bespoke cakes and dessert selections tailored to event themes and client
preferences.
– Work closely with both the restaurant and events teams to plan menus, tastings, and special requests.
– Ensure timely preparation and presentation for daily service as well as scheduled events.
– Maintain exceptional standards of hygiene, organization, and food safety.
– Manage stock, ingredient sourcing, and cost control within the pastry section.
– Bring creativity and innovation to elevate the dessert offering across both dining and events.
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 & 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:
– A professional and well-groomed appearance
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
– Excellent attention to detail and teamwork
– At least 3 years experience from a reputable company.
– A certificate in Pastry, Food Production or Hospitality Management (Added Advantage).
𝟐) 𝐖𝐀𝐈𝐓𝐄𝐑 (𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐔𝐑𝐀𝐍𝐓 & 𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐏𝐎𝐑𝐓) (𝟏 𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧)

– Deliver attentive, high-quality service to all guests.
– Take orders and serve food and beverages with efficiency and care.
– Prepare and maintain restaurant and event spaces to a high standard.
– Provide seamless support during events (buffet, plated, and tray service).
– Ensure cleanliness, organization, and presentation at all times.
– Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and memorable service
