Production Baker/Assistant Baker Opportunity in Lilayi, Lusaka
Pretty Baked Limited is seeking a dependable and skilled Assistant Baker / Production Baker to join our expanding team in Lilayi. This position is ideal for candidates interested in production baker jobs in Lilayi Lusaka, offering a structured part-time role within a fast-paced, high-volume dessert and custom cake production kitchen.
About the Production Baker Role
As a Production Baker at Pretty Baked, you will play a key role in supporting the preparation and baking of a variety of desserts, breads, cakes, and pastries. This hands-on position requires an organised and consistent approach to ensure quality and efficiency are maintained throughout the production process. The role demands the ability to work independently while adhering to established recipes and production standards.
Working days for this part-time position are Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in producing a range of desserts, bread, cakes, and pastries to meet order requirements
- Accurately prepare and measure ingredients according to recipes
- Consistently follow production processes to maintain product quality
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen environment
- Support packaging and preparation of products for delivery
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in baking or kitchen work is advantageous but not mandatory
- Ability to efficiently perform repetitive production tasks with attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently following instructions
- Strong organisational skills and a hands-on approach
Compensation and Work Schedule
Pretty Baked offers a competitive daily rate paid per day worked, with a consistent weekly schedule to provide stability. Additional paid shifts may be available during peak periods, offering opportunities to increase earnings.

This position is based in the Lilayi / Eureka Park area of Lusaka. Candidates residing nearby or with reliable transportation are strongly encouraged to apply, as punctuality and consistent attendance are essential.
