Key Responsibilities for Project Coordinator Roles in Lusaka

  • Coordinate daily project activities ensuring adherence to work plans and timelines.
  • Support project planning, budgeting, and comprehensive reporting processes.
  • Conduct regular site visits to partner organizations to monitor progress and provide technical assistance.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with project partners, stakeholders, and service providers.
  • Prepare detailed narrative and activity reports for management and donor review.
  • Track deliverables, timelines, and maintain accurate project documentation.
  • Organize meetings, training sessions, and coordination activities with partners.
  • Ensure compliance with donor requirements and organizational procedures.
  • Support data collection, documentation of outcomes, and facilitate learning processes.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Diploma or Degree in Project Management, Development Studies, Social Sciences, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or related roles.
  • Proven experience managing activities, supporting project implementation, and engaging with partners.
  • Experience in NGO, community development, or private sector projects is advantageous.
  • Strong report writing and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
