Role Responsibilities for Bank Jobs in Lusaka Solwezi Ndola

Teller

• Process cash and cheque transactions accurately and efficiently
• Ensure daily balancing and reconciliation of teller transactions
• Provide exceptional customer service at teller points
• Promote and cross-sell UBA’s banking products and services
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Customer Service Officer

• Manage the customer service desk to ensure smooth operations
• Address customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
• Support cross-selling initiatives for bank products and services
• Assist with account opening processes and issuing welcome packs
• Maintain a clean and welcoming banking hall environment

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum first degree in a business-related field from a recognized university, with at least a Credit grade or higher
• Grade 12 Certificate with at least five credits, including English and Mathematics
• Certificates verified by the Zambia Qualifications Authority (ZAQA)
• Relevant experience in banking or customer service is advantageous
• Excellent communication, IT proficiency, and customer service skills
• Ability to thrive in a professional office environment
