This role demands a strong leadership presence and hands-on management experience. Location: Lusaka, Zambia Employment Type: Full-Time Working Hours: 8 hours per day Salary Range: ZMW 10,000 – 15,000 Gross/Month Key Responsibilities: Strategic human resource management and policy development Recruitment, training, and performance management Handling industrial relations and disciplinary procedures Supporting organizational change and compliance with labour legislation Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field; Master’s degree preferred Membership in the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZIHRM) Minimum of 5 years’ HR experience with management-level exposure Valid driving license is an advantage Additional Career Opportunities at African Perfect World Investment Consulting Limited We also seek qualified candidates for the following roles with detailed responsibilities and requirements: Finance Manager: Lead financial systems, tax compliance, and team management. Requires Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, professional certification (ZICA, ACCA, CIMA), and over 5 years’ experience including management. Finance / Assistant Accountant: Manage daily accounting tasks, tax support, and financial record keeping. Bachelor’s degree preferred with knowledge of VAT and corporate tax. Landscape Architect: Plan and design external spaces using CAD, manage projects, and advise on sustainability. Degree or Master’s in Landscape Architecture and relevant license required. Tax and Compliance Officer: Ensure tax and regulatory compliance, manage licensing, and provide advisory services. Requires Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Law and 5+ years’ experience. Property Sales Consultant: Drive sales activities, client engagement, and market analysis. Diploma or Degree in Marketing and CRM skills essential. Cashier: Handle cash operations, supplier payments, and bank reconciliations. High school diploma and relevant experience preferred. Motor Vehicle Driver: Provide safe driving and vehicle maintenance support. Valid driver’s license mandatory. Legal Officer (Concreate Vision Manufacturing Ltd): Deliver legal support, contract drafting, and compliance oversight. Law degree and professional membership required. Horticulturist: Oversee plant care, nursery management, and landscaping projects. Diploma or Certificate in Horticulture recommended.
