About the Sales Role in Lusaka
Reporting directly to the Director of Administration, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding EQWPE’s customer base. You will be responsible for identifying potential markets and customers, conducting sales visits, maintaining client relationships, preparing detailed sales reports, and ensuring that all revenue targets are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target new customers and markets to increase sales opportunities.
- Conduct regular sales visits to engage with clients and promote products.
- Maintain strong, positive relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
- Prepare accurate and timely sales reports for management review.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets as agreed upon with the company.
- Represent EQWPE professionally, adhering to company policies and high standards of customer service.
- Utilize marketing activities and customer engagement strategies to promote products effectively.
- Maintain comprehensive records of sales interactions, leads, and customer feedback.
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or certificate in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, retail, or customer service is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively promote products and engage customers.
- Basic understanding of sales techniques, customer engagement, and record keeping.
- Demonstrated ability to work towards and achieve sales targets and performance goals.
- Professional conduct, honesty, and reliability are essential.
