National Breweries Plc, Zambia’s leading producer and distributor of Traditional African Beer, is inviting applications from qualified and motivated individuals for the position of Sales Representatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify sales and market growth opportunities within assigned territories
• Execute daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Achieve sales volume, market share, and distribution targets
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends
• Ensure proper product visibility, pricing, and promotions in trade outlets
• Generate customer orders and maintain accurate sales records
• Conduct in-trade audits and manage promotional materials effectively
Qualifications & Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 2 years’ sales experience
• At least 1 year experience as a Sales Representative in a similar environment
• FMCG sales experience is an added advantage
• Valid driver’s license required
