You will be expected to:

1. Deliver engaging, industry-relevant lectures and practical sessions

2. Design and continuously improve modern, outcome-based curricula

3. Drive academic excellence through assessment, mentorship, and guidance

4. Contribute to research, innovation, and institutional growth

5. Integrate technology and real-world applications into teaching

1. Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant field (Master’s Degree is an added advantage)

2. Postgraduate Diploma in Teaching Methodology (PGDT)

3. Proven teaching experience at college or university level is an added advantage

4. Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills

5. A mindset for innovation, impact, and continuous improvement
