Data Communication and IP Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Proactive maintenance of the IP Network
• To restore and recover the service based on SLA (Temporary and permanent solution) on the IP Domain
• Implement disaster recovery and Contingency Plans on the IP Network 
• Escalating to CS and R&D and providing the required information
• Second line support to field maintenance team and Enterprise Dept
• Output technical trouble shooting cases 
• Routine preventative maintenance and analysis on all network elements
• CR implementation supervision
• Release and data management (such as back up)
• IPBB and IP related dimension and planning
• Implementation for expansion, Rehoming and integration
• End to end optimization (planning and implementation)
• Reporting: regarding KPI Daily, weekly and monthly. Make reports regarding to Faults and handed on time
• Providing training plan for FLM and FO
• Conduct routine Health checks and Service quality improvement actions
• Ability to learn Automation and support with IP Domain Automation

Requirements

• Communication skills at CxO level
• Performance and Capacity monitoring   
• Providing training plan for FLM and FO
• Familiar with fault management
• performance & capacity monitoring
• configuration management                                                                                                                                                                                                       

   Experience

• Minimum 3 years experience in IP network                         
• Experience in Huawei or Cisco IP equipment’s is a must                                                                     

Education

• Must have a bachelor’s degree or better
• Having Huawei or Cisco certification minimum CCNA level or equivalent
