Job description
HR Intern – Ndola (Residents Only)
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team.
Requirements:
- Must be a resident of Ndola
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
- Recent graduate
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day HR administrative duties
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and documentation
- Assist in HR reporting and data management
