Job description
Job Title: Sales Management Trainee Job Responsibilities: Support senior sales managers in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve regional targets. Analyze sales performance data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Assist in managing key accounts and building strong relationships with clients under supervision. Participate in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting activities. Learn and apply sales management techniques, including coaching and performance evaluation processes. Job Requirements: No Experience Required Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field required. Strong interest in pursuing a career in sales management; prior sales experience is a plus but not mandatory. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.
