Job description

This position reports to the Human Resource Manager/Director. Successful candidate will be responsible for the below duties. Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties. Compile and update employee records Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc) Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc). Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures. Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database. Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/Business Administration Previous experience in an HR role at least 3 years. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
