Construction Consulting & Contracting
Develop and execute channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth in Zambia
Leverage existing relationships with enterprise customers while actively hunting for new opportunities, primarily focusing on BFSI, Govt., Oil & Gas, and other key sectors
Identify and onboard new channel partners, while nurturing existing relationships to maximize sales opportunities.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to develop compelling sales pitches, presentations, and marketing collateral tailored to the Zambia market.
Conduct enablement sessions and provide required training & support to channel partners, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and resources to effectively sell cybersecurity solutions.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and adaptation of sales strategies.
Act as a liaison between channel partners and internal teams to resolve issues or concerns in a timely manner.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review, highlighting key performance metrics and areas of success.

Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or institution.
5+ years of experience in cybersecurity sales with a blend of channel sales and a proven experience in direct selling to enterprise customers in BFSI, Oil & Gas, Government, Manufacturing and other sectors.
Expertise in business hunting and creating new opportunities in all major verticals.
Strong understanding of the Zambia market, with experience working in the region.
Excellent  communication skills, both written and verbal.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving business success.
Willingness to travel both within Zambia and internationally, as needed.
Must have a valid driving license.
