The Food Reserve Agency (FRA), responsible for managing Zambia’s national food reserves, is inviting applications from qualified and motivated individuals to fill the position below:

🔹 Position: Satellite Depot Clerk

🔹 Job Purpose
Ensure proper management of crop purchases and storage by verifying quality, monitoring stock, and supervising depot operations.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Supervise daily depot operations
• Verify quality and quantity of commodities received and dispatched
• Maintain records, reports, and stock counts
• Supervise loaders, general workers, and security personnel
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with procedures

🔹 Minimum Requirements
• Full Grade 12 Certificate / 5 GCE ‘O’ Levels
• Valid Zambia Police Fingerprint Clearance (required before appointment)
• Certified academic qualifications

🔹 Key Skills
• Report writing and communication skills
• Teamwork and problem-solving ability
• Strong attention to detail
