Key Responsibilities in Retail Customer Service Jobs in Ndola

Maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular calls and visits, providing tailored account support.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum of 4 years’ experience in customer service or a similar role within the automobile industry or a fitment/tyre company.
Good product knowledge of the fitment/tyre industry is essential.
Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service best practices is a plus.
Strong phone handling and active listening skills.
Knowledge of the automobile industry is beneficial.
Valid driving license required.
