We have several vacancies across various operational roles, including supervisory and technical positions. The current openings are:

1. Shift Bosses (3 positions)
2. Boomer Operators (3 positions)
3. Dump Truck Operators (4 positions)
4. Loader Operators (4 positions)
5. H.E.R Foreman – Loaders
6. H.E.R Foreman – Boomers

Candidate Requirements for Mining Jobs in Mufulira
Applicants must meet the following qualifications and experience criteria to be considered:

Possess a Grade 12 Certificate
Hold relevant trade or operating certificates applicable to the role
Have a minimum of 2 years’ practical experience in a similar capacity
Be certified with a valid First Aid Certificate
Hold a valid Blasting License for roles that require it
Demonstrate strong communication skills
EIZ membership is an added advantage for technical positions
