About the Role: Assistant Human Resource Officer Jobs in Kitwe
Reporting directly to the Human Resource Manager or Director, the successful candidate will support the daily functions of the HR department. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate employee records, preparing reports related to staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, and performance evaluations. The role also involves coordinating HR projects such as meetings, training sessions, and surveys, as well as managing employee requests and ensuring compliance with HR policies.

Assist with daily HR operations and administrative duties
Compile and update comprehensive employee records
Process documentation and generate reports on personnel activities
Coordinate HR initiatives including meetings, training, and surveys
Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, rules, and regulations
Manage complaints and grievance procedures professionally
Communicate with candidates and schedule interviews effectively
Support recruiters in sourcing candidates and maintaining the recruitment database
Qualifications and Experience Required
