Role Overview

We are looking for a driven, self-starting Sales Representative to join our growing team in Lusaka. This is a field and remote sales role — there is no physical office, so you must be comfortable owning your pipeline and schedule independently. You will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, conducting product demonstrations, and closing new subscription accounts on the FlatShare platform.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and prospect landlords, property managers, and real estate agencies in Lusaka
Conduct live product demonstrations of the FlatShare platform (laptop or tablet required)
Manage your own pipeline from first contact through to signed client
Submit weekly activity reports to management
Represent FlatShare professionally at all times

Compensation

Base salary: Competitive, paid on the last business day of each month
Commission: 10% on subscription value + 5% on onboarding fee per closed client
Monthly performance accelerator: commission rate increases to 13% or 15% based on closes
Enterprise signing bonus for large-portfolio clients (150+ units)
All statutory obligations apply (PAYE, NAPSA, NHIMA)

What We’re Looking For

Proven ability to work independently without direct supervision
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable conducting live software demonstrations on a laptop
Sales or customer-facing experience (B2B preferred but not essential)
Reliable internet access and a personal laptop or tablet (essential, candidates without these cannot be considered)
Based in or able to operate regularly in Lusaka

Nice to Have

Background in real estate, property management, or financial services
Experience selling software or digital products
Familiarity with CRM tools or pipeline management

Education

A diploma or degree is advantageous but not a requirement. We care more about drive, communication, and the ability to learn a product quickly.
