Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our swimming pool services, including construction, maintenance, cleaning, and related solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and institutional markets
Promote and sell swimming pool construction, maintenance, and cleaning services
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Conduct site visits and client consultations to understand customer needs
Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations
Achieve and exceed sales targets
Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities 
Qualifications and Requirements
Full Grade 12 Certificate
Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 2–5 years experience in sales (experience in construction or pool services is an added advantage)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver’s license (added advantage)
