Sino-Zam Friendship Hospital
Vacancy Announcement
Sino-Zam Friendship Hospital is currently recruiting qualified and motivated professionals to support hospital operations and service development. The following positions are open to the public in Zambia:
I. Medical & Clinical Positions
1. Internal Medicine Specialist (1 Position)
Key Responsibilities:
A. Provide diagnosis and treatment for common and frequently occurring internal medicine diseases, emergency and critical cases, and accidental injuries;
B. Participate in departmental operations management, medical quality control, and discipline development.
Qualifications:
A. Solid professional foundation in internal medicine with strong clinical diagnostic and treatment skills;
B. Candidates with experience in medical or departmental management are preferred;
C. Must hold a Zambian nationally recognized Internal Medicine Specialist practicing qualification and valid license;
D. At least 3 years of relevant clinical work experience.
5. Chief Nursing Officer / Head Nurse (1 Position)
Key Responsibilities:
A. Overall coordination and management of hospital-wide nursing services;
B. Lead the nursing team to continuously improve the quality and safety of nursing care;
C. Strengthen coordination between the nursing system and other hospital departments.
Qualifications:
A. Holder of Zambian nationally recognized professional nursing qualifications (degree)in specialties such as Obstetrics & Gynecology or Operating Theatre Nursing;
B. At least 10 years of nursing management experience, including experience as a Chief Nursing Officer or equivalent managerial role;
C. Strong leadership and cross-departmental coordination abilities.
