The Role at a Glance
Type: Full-time (On-site)
Location: 9156, Kasiya Crescent, Kalundu, Lusaka, Zambia
Duration: 1-Year Contract
Probation Period: 3 Months
Salary: K2,500 per month
Requirement: Must have your own functional laptop.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation: Plan and create engaging posts, reels, and stories across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Community Management: Monitor social channels, respond to comments/messages, and maintain a professional brand voice.
Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of the latest digital trends and viral topics to keep our brand relevant.
Engagement Growth: Execute strategies to increase followers and meaningful interaction across all platforms.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Graphic Design & Web Intern to produce high-quality visual assets.
Analytics: Track and report on engagement metrics to see what content resonates best with our audience.
What We’re Looking For
Social Media Native: Deep knowledge of how different platforms work and what makes content “stick.”
Excellent Communication: Strong writing skills with a flair for creative and catchy captions.
Organization: Ability to manage a content calendar and meet daily posting deadlines.
Creative Mindset: Always coming up with fresh ideas for videos, photos, and campaigns.
Self-Starter: A proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
