Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement strategies to support organizational growth.
• Manage budgets effectively, ensuring cost efficiencies and alignment with annual plans.
• Conduct research initiatives to inform engagement strategies.
• Oversee integrated  communications across platforms.
• Lead and mentor a team, ensuring delivery of KPIs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and communities.
• Ensure effective public relations and customer engagement.
• Meet monthly and annual income and expense targets.
• Administer contracts, financial documentation, and supplier relationships in line with standards.
• Prepare accurate reports and forecasts for management.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Ability to manage and deliver KPIs.
