HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER – LUSAKA

National Breweries PLC -Zambia’s premier producer and distributor of Traditional African Beer affiliated with Delta Beverages. Join our dynamic HR team to drive talent strategies, compliance, and employee engagement in a growth-oriented environment

Key Responsibilities

Manage full recruitment cycle: adverts, shortlisting, interviews, onboarding.
Handle employee relations, disciplinary processes, leave/payroll admin under Zambian labour laws.
Support performance management, training, and HR weekly and monthly reporting/KPIs.
Ensure compliance with ZIHRM standards and collective bargaining. ​
Ensures that Job Descriptions, in the approved format are developed, introduced
To maintain and update all employee records through the human resources management system.
To create, maintain and update personal files and personal records for staff in all departments
To communicate and implement policy decisions to all staff.
To monitor the Industrial Relations environment and advise management and employees accordingly.
To ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and the country’s labour regulations.
To advise line management on Conditions of Service, Disciplinary matters, Grievance handling procedures and labour-related issues.

Qualifications:

Degree/Diploma in HR Management or related; ZIHRM membership preferred.
2+ years HR experience (manufacturing/unionized settings advantageous).
Strong MS Office/SAP skills; excellent communication and problem-solving.
Full Grade 12.
