Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lusaka for a Front Office Manager. The Front Office Manager will oversee daily operations of the school’s front office, ensuring efficiency and adherence to high standards of service. Responsibilities include managing office administration, greeting and assisting visitors, handling inquiries, organizing schedules, and providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, the role involves supporting school staff and ensuring smooth  communication with stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience
· At least 3 years’ experience in a school front office or a similar fast-paced customer-facing role.
· Strong Office Administration and Front Office management skills
· Proven ability to deliver an excellent level of Customer Service and ensure Customer Satisfaction
· Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with students, parents, and staff.
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
· Proficiency in office management systems and software
· Previous experience in a school or  educational institution is a plus
· Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, or related field
