Maintain positive business relationship with customers to maximize sales
Present, promote and sell product/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
Supply supervisors with reports on customer needs, problems, interest, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
Ensure that customer satisfaction is upheld on a daily basis
Keep abreast of best practices and promote trends.
Continuously improve through feedback by performing cost-benefit analysis to existing potential customers to meet their needs.
Expedite the resolution of customer, problems and complaint to maximize customer satisfaction
Achieve agreed upon sales target and outcome within schedule
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Analyze the territory marketing potential, track sales status and status report
Ensure that all company procedures and laid down rules are followed.
Ensure that customers are properly welcomed
Ensure that the working place is clean at all times
Ensure that monthly reports are submitted on 05th of every month.
Any other duty assigned by the supervisor.
Minimum Qualification
-Must have a full grade 12 certificate
-Must have certificate or diploma in business related programs
-Must have 1 year of hand on experience in sales.
-Must be computer literate
