Shift Supervisor at Good Nature Agro
Location: Chipata, Eastern Province, Zambia
Contract Type: Fixed-Term Contract
Professional Area: Production / Operations
About the Role
As a Shift Supervisor, you will oversee daily production operations during assigned shifts, ensuring efficiency, quality control, and adherence to company standards. You will lead production teams, coordinate workflow, and ensure targets are met while maintaining a safe and productive working environment. Your leadership will play a key role in maintaining operational excellence and delivering high-quality outputs.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate production staff during assigned shifts
Ensure daily production targets and quality standards are achieved
Monitor workflow and address operational challenges promptly
Maintain health, safety, and compliance standards
Prepare shift reports and communicate performance updates to management
Support continuous improvement initiatives within operations
