DAIRY ASSOCIATION OF ZAMBIA
JOB OPPORTUNITIES
The Dairy Association of Zambia (DAZ) is a membership-based organisation largely comprising dairy producers and dairy processors, but with an open membership to industry allied players such as dairy input/equipment/feed and veterinary services providers. The association is an affiliated member of the Zambia National Farmers’ Union (ZNFU).
The association now requires the services of a suitably qualified and dynamic person to fill the positions of Accountant and Field Facilitator.
Position: Accountant
Duty Station: Secretariat, Lusaka

Responsibilities:
Day-to-day management of all financial matters.
Coordinating budget development and facilitating the required approval processes.
Maintaining proper accounting records and ensuring prompt banking of all receipts.
Maintaining and filing of all accountable documents (physical and electronic);
Development and timely submission of financial reports.
Compliance in meeting all statutory obligations; and
Undertaking all other accounting, financial management, and reporting for projects implemented by DAZ.

Certified Accountant and member of ZICA.
Membership to other professional accounting bodies will be another requisite attribute; and
With appreciable experience in managing similar projects.
A minimum working experience of 3 years
