The Dairy Association of Zambia (DAZ) is a membership-based organisation largely comprising dairy producers and dairy processors, but with an open membership to industry allied players such as dairy input/equipment/feed and veterinary services providers. The association is an affiliated member of the Zambia National Farmers’ Union (ZNFU).

The association now requires the services of a suitably qualified and dynamic person to fill the positions of Accountant and Field Facilitator.

Field Facilitator

Duty Station: Choma

Responsibilities:

Maintaining day-to-day management of the DAZ field office.

Keeping and maintaining direct contact and intercommunication between the field office and DAZ membership;

Spearheading and coordinating all DAZ support services provision to all DAZ members in Southern province;

Maintaining functional, effective, and efficient DAZ organisational structures among the DAZ membership base; and

To perform any other outreach, member services and administrative duties as shall be determined by management.

Qualification:

A certificate/diploma in agricultural sciences with a bias to animal/dairy production from a reputable agricultural college.

Experience in extension services

Experience in rural developmental work will be an added advantage
