Job Description:
Vitech Zambia Limited is seeking reliable and experienced Horticultural & Grounds Maintenance Supervisors to oversee daily landscaping and grounds maintenance operations across multiple sites in the Copperbelt.Career counseling services
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise daily horticultural and grounds maintenance activities.
• Manage teams of unskilled labourers across multiple sites.
• Ensure attendance registers, PPE compliance, and site discipline.
• Coordinate mowing, watering, waste removal, and general cleanliness.
• Liaise with client representatives and submit daily activity reports.
Minimum Requirements
• Previous experience supervising grounds, horticulture, or general labour teams.
• Ability to manage attendance, discipline, and daily task allocation.
• Basic reporting and communication skills.
• Willingness to work across multiple sites.
• Grade twelve (12) Certificate.
• Certificate in horticulture or related field is an advantage.
Work Conditions
• Field-based and physically demanding role.
• Overtime or weekend work may be required depending on client needs.
