JOB ADVERTISEMENT (MULTIPLE POSITIONS)

Clinic-24 Medical Centre

Clinic-24 Medical Centre, a fast-growing and patient-centered 24-hour healthcare facility located at Plot 2851, Site and Service Road, KTC, Kapiri Mposhi, invites applications from suitably qualified, experienced, and motivated individuals to fill the following positions:

1. Medical Officer (x1)

Qualifications & Requirements:

•Full Grade 12 Certificate with 5 credits or better, including English, Mathematics, and Science.

•Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB) or equivalent.

•Registered with the Health Professions Council of Zambia (HPCZ).

•Valid Annual Practicing License.

•Minimum of 2 years’ post-internship clinical experience.

•Prior working experience in a private medical centre will be an added advantage.

•Experience in managing medical insurance patients and processing insurance claims will be a plus.

•Strong clinical, diagnostic, and patient management skills.

•Ability to work independently and in a team in a 24-hour facility.

2. Medical Licentiate (x1)

Qualifications & Requirements:

•Full Grade 12 Certificate with 5 credits, including English, Mathematics, and Science.

•Bachelor of Science in Clinical Sciences (Medical Licentiate) or equivalent.

•Registered with the Health Professions Council of Zambia (HPCZ).

•Valid Practicing License.

•Minimum of 2 years’ work experience in a clinical setting.

•Experience in a private healthcare facility will be an added advantage.

•Competence in diagnosis, management of common medical conditions, and minor procedures.

•Ability to work independently and support the medical team in a 24-hour facility.

3. Nursing Interns (x3)

Qualifications & Requirements:

•Full Grade 12 Certificate.

•Diploma or Degree in Nursing.

•Registered with the General Nursing Council of Zambia (GNC).

•Valid Practicing License.

•Good communication and patient care skills.

•Willingness to learn and work in a dynamic clinical environment.

•Ability to work shifts in a 24-hour healthcare facility.

4. Dental Therapist (x1)

Qualifications & Requirements:

•Full Grade 12 Certificate with 5 credits or better, including English, Mathematics, and Science.

•Diploma in Dental Therapy from a recognized institution.

•Registered with the Health Professions Council of Zambia (HPCZ).

•Valid Annual Practicing License.

•Minimum of 1–2 years’ work experience in a clinical or hospital setting (private facility experience is an added advantage).

•Competence in oral examinations, scaling and polishing, extractions within scope of practice, preventive dental care, and oral health education.

•Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to quality patient care.

5. Medical Records Officer (x1)

Qualifications & Requirements:

•Full Grade 12 Certificate.

•Diploma or Degree in Health Information Management, Medical Records, Library Management, or equivalent.

•Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in a healthcare facility.

•Proficiency in electronic medical record systems.

•Strong organizational skills, confidentiality, and data management abilities.
