Job description
JOB ADVERTISEMENT: BAKER
We are seeking a skilled, reliable, and hardworking Baker to join our team.
Location: Waterfalls area, Lusaka
Position: Baker
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and bake bread, cakes, pastries, and other baked products
Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes and standards
Ensure quality, freshness, and consistency of baked goods
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bakery area
Operate and maintain baking equipment safely
Comply with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
Assist with stock control of baking ingredients
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements
Certificate or practical training in Baking, Food Production, or related field
Proven experience as a baker will be an added advantage
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays
Hardworking, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision
