Job description
Job Purpose
Our client in the ICT & Healthcare Sector is seeking an experienced
Technical Services Lead to provide shared technical services and
regional delivery leadership across multiple countries and business
units.
This role operates as a central technical authority, supporting country
teams and Head Office in the design, deployment, and support of
enterprise systems, national digital platforms, and regulated ICT
solutions. It is ideal for a senior technical leader comfortable working
across borders, stakeholders, and complex delivery environments.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a shared technical services lead supporting multiple countries and cross-border initiatives
Lead the design, deployment, and support of enterprise and national ICT platforms
Own technical architecture, delivery standards, and service assurance across the region
Provide technical leadership for regional bids, tenders, demonstrations, and proof-of-value exercises
Support country teams with complex deployments, escalations, and solution standardisation
Manage regional technology vendors, platform partners, and system integrators
Lead and develop technical staff and interns across infrastructure, software, and cybersecurity
disciplines
Ensure consistent compliance with ISO standards, security controls, and documented processes
Monitor delivery performance across countries and drive continuous improvement
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent
experience)
Minimum 5 years’ experience in ICT or technical delivery roles, including regional or multi-site
environments
Proven experience delivering enterprise or government-facing systems
Strong understanding of ICT infrastructure, platforms, cybersecurity, and service delivery models
Experience operating in ISO-certified or regulated environments is an advantage
Comfortable working with geographically distributed teams and stakeholders
