Job description

We are inviting applications from suitably qualified, motivated, and experienced individuals to fill the following academic positions:
1. Diploma in Registered Nursing – Lecturers (4 Positions)
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
Valid Nursing and Midwifery Council of Zambia (NMCZ) Practising Licence
Minimum of 2 years hospital/clinical experience
At least 1 year teaching experience in a nursing or health training institution
Key Attributes
Strong communication and instructional skills
Commitment to professional ethics and student mentorship
2. Diploma in Agriculture Science – Lecturers (5 Positions)
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture Science, Animal Science, Crop Science, or any related field
Postgraduate Diploma in Teaching Methodology
Master’s Degree will be an added advantage
Registered member of the Agriculture Institute of Zambia (AIZ)
Experience
Minimum of 2 years teaching experience
Key Attributes
Practical orientation in agricultural training
Ability to integrate theory with hands-on learning
3. Diploma in Computer Science – Lecturer(s)
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Computer Forensics, Mathematics, or any related field
Postgraduate Diploma in Teaching Methodology
Master’s Degree will be an added advantage
Experience
Minimum of 2 years teaching experience
Key Attributes
Strong ICT and instructional delivery skills
Ability to teach both theoretical and practical modules
