Energy Saving System (ESS) Supervisor

JOB PURPOSE

The Energy Saving System (ESS) Supervisor is responsible for overseeing ESS Solar Sales and installations

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Planning, installing ESS Projects
Oversee daily operations, preventive maintenance and repairs.
Enforce Healthy and Safety standard and manage environment compliance.
Carrying out site inspections and energy surveys.
Supervising the ESS team and provide timely reports.
Bidding for projects

QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS

Full grade 12 Certificate
Minimum Degree in Electrical Engineering / Equivalent
Minimum 3 years Experience
Minimum 2 years Experience in Electrical and Grid Integration

 SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Proficient in Microsoft Packages
Analytical and multi-tasks.
Highly organized, self-motivated, honest, ability to work under pressure and privatize tasks
Willing to grow with the organization
Strong attention to detail
