Climate Protection Zambia (CPZ), an independent non-profit organization championing low-carbon, climate-resilient development in Zambia, invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced audit firms/experts actively registered with ZICA to conduct its statutory financial audit for the year ending 31st December 2025.
Scope of Work:
The successful firm will perform an independent audit in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISAs), providing an opinion on CPZ’s financial statements and assessing compliance with the Civil Society Strengthening Fund (CSSF) grant agreement and relevant national laws.

Key Qualifications:
Valid registration and license with the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA).
Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in auditing NGOs/CSOs and donor-funded projects.
Proven understanding of ISAs and IFRS.
A track record of conducting high-quality audits with excellent references.

Interested audit firms must submit separate Technical and Financial Proposals in sealed envelopes marked “EOI for 2025 Audit – Technical Proposal” and “EOI for 2025 Audit – Financial Proposal’’.
