International Business Coordinator

Overall Purpose
To coordinate and support the execution of Zamtel’s international and wholesale business operations across International Voice, SMS, Data, and Capacity (MPLS/International Bandwidth), ensuring effective carrier relationship management, revenue assurance, traffic monitoring, routing support, interconnect coordination, accurate billing and settlements, and timely collections
Job Specification
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Finance, Telecommunications, or related discipline (ZQA certified).
Professional Registration
ZIM or relevant Membership
Minimum Experience
Minimum 2 to 3years experience in international/wholesale telecom services, interconnect, roaming, carrier relations
Key Skills
• Strong analytical skills in traffic, pricing, and revenue performance • Financial reporting, reconciliation and dispute management capability • Negotiation support and commercial documentation skills
