Job Specification
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Innovation Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline (ZQA certified).

Minimum Experience
Minimum 3 – 5 years relevant experience in innovation, product development, digital transformation, technology strategy, or applied technology delivery (telco/technology/startup exposure preferred).
Key Skills
Proven capability in research, market/technology assessment, and structured experimentation (PoCs/pilots).
