Overall Purpose

To support the expansion, optimization, and performance of sales and distribution channels across the country. The Channels Development Specialist is responsible for identifying new channel opportunities, improving channel partner performance, and ensuring alignment with Zamtel’s strategic commercial goals.

Job Specification

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

Professional Registration

ZIM or relevant membership

Minimum Experience

At least 3–5 years of experience in channel development, distribution, or field sales, preferably in the telecommunications or FMCG sector

Key Skills

• Strong analytical and market research skills • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities • Partner relationship management and negotiation
