Overview

Firebrand Spirits is hiring a high-performance Sales Manager to drive rapid growth of a premium vodka brand. This role suits a confident closer with a strong industry network and the presence to influence buyers and decision-makers.

What You Will Do

Win new clients and aggressively grow sales in Lusaka and key markets

Secure consistent weekly/monthly pre-orders

Expand product visibility and placement in high-value outlets

Aggressively network and make contacts within bar, club, hotel, restaurant industry to open doors and push volume

Build repeat business and long-term customer relationships

Who You Are

Minimum 3 years proven sales success

Strong closer with a track record of hitting targets

Energetic, persuasive communicator with strong presence

Self-driven and results-focused

Skilled negotiator, able to work independently

Mature, professional, and reliable
