Required Skills
The ideal candidate should have 5+ years’ experience in Learning & Development or HR of which 2 years should be in operations, preferably in a bank or regulated environment.
Strategic thinking and stakeholder Management.
Strong communication and facilitation skills and Results-driven.
Bachelor’s degree in education, human resources, or a related field or related experience. ZAQA certification is a must.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Identify organisational skills gaps and develop a bank-wide learning and development plan.
Design and deliver onboarding, leadership, and role-based training programmes.
Develop/ Manage various learning interventions/ Staff Development programs.
Management of the Bank’s Learning Management System (E learning Platform) & Support Performance Management through KPI capability building and targeted development intervention.
