Main Purpose of the Job

To support the planning and execution of marketing, branding, and communication initiatives that enhance brand visibility, support business growth, and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms and customer touchpoints.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Support the development and implementation of marketing and communication campaigns. Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials in line with brand guidelines.
Manage and update digital platforms including the website and social media pages. Liaise with external agencies, suppliers, and service providers on marketing activities.
Support internal marketing and staff communication initiatives.
Assist with customer appreciation and brand activation activities.
Monitor marketing activities and prepare periodic performance reports.
Participate in customer experience initiatives, including customer feedback, campaigns, and brand-led service improvements.
Assist with customer surveys, feedback initiatives, and related reporting as required.

Qualifications and Experience

Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a marketing or communications role.
Experience in digital marketing and brand management will be an added advantage.
Insurance or financial services industry exposure will be an advantage.

Skills and Competencies

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organisational and coordination skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Attention to detail and strong execution capability.
Customer-focused mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CANVA and basic digital marketing tools.
