Position: LOXEA Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Monitor lease portfolio performance and prepare regular management reports.

Assess viability and pricing of new lease proposals and structure deals accordingly.

Provide data-driven insights for strategic decisions and prepare monthly Balance Score Card.

Prepare accurate lease quotations and proposals tailored to client needs.

Structure operating lease deals ensuring profitability and compliance.

Calculate lease rentals and residual values using established models.

Market LOXEA leasing products to potential clients and maintain a strong pipeline.

Represent LOXEA at industry events and collaborate on marketing initiatives.

Conduct client visits, present proposals, and maintain strong relationships.

Act as the main contact during the sales process and gather customer feedback.

Oversee workflow for new leases, ensuring smooth onboarding and compliance.

Maintain documentation of receivable accounts in line with Company SOPs and Credit Policy.

Position: Parts Procurement Coordinator

Process Stock Order Quantities (SOQ) and VOR special orders.

Update Special-Order Tracker and resolve queries.

Match processed orders daily and ensure timely placements.

Manage clearing agents and review rates.

Process Binpacking Reports and stock quality analysis.
