The purpose of this position is to buy and grade tobacco, assist with sales to customers, green tobacco processing, customer service, and the development of trainees in accordance with Hail & Cotton procedures, with the following key performances guidelines:

Tobacco Procurement
Leaf Procurement & Sales ManagementZambia job market
Processing of Green Tobacco
Customer Service
a) Monitor packing of processed tobacco for customers
b) Assist with the preparation and submission of product reports to customers
Crop Intelligence and Stakeholder Relationship Management
Any other duties assigned
Qualifications:
Grade 12 Certificate
Diploma in industry related course is an added advantage
Industry knowledge/expertise
Minimum of 3 years tobacco buying experience
