Overview
We are recruiting!
Our client in Lusaka, is looking for a Digital Systems and Business Improvement Analyst to join their team for a job vacancy within the construction machine manufacturing industry.

KPI’s;
BUSINESS PROCESS IMPROVEMENT:
Identify and assess opportunities to streamline and standardize business processes.
Conduct time, cost, and efficiency analyses to support improvement recommendations.
Implement measurable performance indicators (KPIs) to track process improvements.
DIGITAL SOLUTION IMPLEMENTATION:
Support design and deployment of digital tools including SharePoint, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), and ERP integrations.
Collaborate with developers to design and test automation workflows and data interfaces.
Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) and system rollouts across departments.
Provide ongoing user support, feedback collection, and system enhancement recommendations.
DATA MANAGEMENT & REPORTING:
Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across integrated systems (ERP, SharePoint, Power BI).
Support data analysis and visualization to inform management decisions.
Maintain documentation of data pipelines, system configurations, and integration maps.
CHANGE MANAGEMENT & TRAINING:
Develop training materials and conduct sessions for end-users on new systems and processes.
Promote a culture of digital adoption and continuous improvement across departments.
Document lessons learned, best practices, and maintain process improvement repositories.
QUALIFICATION:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
3+ years of experience in systems analysis, business process improvement, or digital transformation roles.
Strong understanding of ERP processes, SharePoint, and Microsoft Power Platform.
Proven experience in process mapping, requirements analysis, and workflow optimization.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
