We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting & Administrative Officer to support our operations in Kitwe on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will handle day-to-day accounting tasks, assist with administrative duties, and ensure smooth office operations. This role is ideal for a professional looking for flexible working hours while contributing to a growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting
Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers.
Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
Reconcile bank statements and petty cash accounts.
Assist in preparing monthly financial reports for management.
Support compliance with Zambian tax regulations and statutory obligations.
Administration
Manage office correspondence, filing systems, and document control.
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and office logistics.
Maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure timely procurement.
Provide administrative support to management and staff as required.
Handle client inquiries and ensure professional communication.
Qualifications & Skills
Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in accounting or administrative roles.
Knowledge of Zambian accounting standards and tax requirements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and accounting software.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Working Hours
Part-time role (approximately 20–25 hours per week).
Flexible schedule, with some in-office presence required in Kitwe.
Employment Type
