Position Summary
Kutwila Media and Marketing Limited is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales & Social Media Management Officer to drive revenue growth and manage our client’s digital presence.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling Kutwila’s marketing and printing services, managing and growing our client’s social media platforms, generating leads, converting prospects into paying clients, and ensuring high engagement and company brand visibility across digital channels.
This role combines sales, digital marketing, and client relationship management, making it ideal for a self-motivated professional with strong communication skills and a passion for sales, media and marketing.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Actively sell Kutwila services including:
Social media marketing & management
Embroidery & heat pressing
Large format printing
Wikipedia page creation & editing
Branding and promotional materials
Identify, approach, and onboard new clients (SMEs, corporates, institutions, and individuals)
Develop and manage a sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and service pitching
Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on payments
Upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients
Social Media Management
Plan, create, schedule, and manage content across platforms (Skult, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, WhatsApp Business)
Grow followers, engagement, leads, and brand visibility
Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Track content performance and recommend improvements
Brand & Marketing Support
Assist in developing monthly marketing campaigns and promotions
Support brand positioning and storytelling for Kutwila and its clients
Coordinate with designers, printers, and production teams for campaign execution
Reporting & Administration
Prepare weekly and monthly sales and social media performance reports
Maintain client records, leads database, and campaign documentation
Meet set sales and engagement targets
Minimum Requirements & Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in:
Marketing
Sales
Business Administration
Mass Communication
Digital Marketing
or related field
Minimum 1–3 years experience in:
Sales, marketing, or social media management
Proven experience managing social media pages for a brand or business
Experience selling services (B2B and B2C) is an added advantage
Knowledge of the Zambian market is es

Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
Content planning and basic copywriting skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong time management and multitasking ability
Customer-focused mindset
Basic understanding of paid ads (Facebook/Instagram) is an advantage
Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)

Monthly and quarterly sales revenue targets achieved
Number of new clients acquired
Client retention and repeat business rate
Social media follower growth rate
Engagement rate (likes, comments, shares, messages)
Number of qualified leads generated through social media
Conversion rate from leads to paying clients
Campaign performance and ROI (where applicable)
