1.0 FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION MANAGER (1) – ECH3
Job Summary
In charge of the Finance & Administration Unit and reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the job holder will take full responsibility for providing financial management and control to take the business forward, involving leadership and coaching to the entire finance and administration team and individual team members. Among other duties, the Finance & Administration Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring, evaluating financial policies and strategies to support the overall objectives of the business. S/he will oversee the treasury, cash flow, internal controls and ensure that financial and accounting reporting records are timely and sufficient to meet expected business needs and subsquently contribute to financial and operational excellence. Qualifications & Experience

A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, ACCA, CIMA, or CA Zambia.
A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Banking, Finance or Accountancy from a reputable University will be an added advantage;
Must be a Fellow member of the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants.
At least Seven (07) Years’ relevant professional experience including Four (04) Years at senior management level.
2.0 DATABASE ADMINISTRATOR (01) – ECH4
Job Summary
To assist the ICT Manager in designing, implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of Oracle databases, and Oracle Golden gate replication across the ZECHL environments. Ensure high availability, performance, security, and integrity of mission-critical data while supporting seamless data integration between systems.
Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, patch and upgrade Oracle Databases for all ZECHL environments.
Design, deploy and manage Oracle GoldenGate configurations for real-time data replication between ZECHL systems
Monitor and tune databases performance (to also include SQL tuning, indexing, memory and storage management)
Implement and maintain high-availability solutions (RAC, Data Guard) and support data recovery procedures using online and tape backups
Perform backup, recovery, and database cloning (RMAN, Tivoli, etc)
Administer database security: user management, role-based access, auditing, encryption
Troubleshoot replication issues, resolve data conflicts and ensure data consistency across sites
Document procedures and configuration details
Collaborate with applications teams, infrastructure and vendors for solution design and issue resolution
Conduct capacity planning and performance testing on all ZECHL systems in collaboration with other administrators.
Qualifications & Experience
Grade 12 School Certificate with at least a credit in five subjects that must include English & Mathematics.
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent from a recognised institution.
At least 3 years’ hands-on experience in administering Oracle Databases (11g, 12c,19c), Oracle GoldenGate and Oracle DataGuard
Certification in Oracle Database and GoldenGate administration (OCP 12c/19c) will be an added advantage.
Proficiency with Linux/Unix administration and ability to write shell scripts.
Must have excellent knowledge in relational databases.
Must have excellent knowledge in SQL query design and optimisation.
Must have knowledge and hands on experience in coding in languages including, but not limited to, Java, C, C++, C#, or Python.

3.0 EXECUTIVE SUPPORT OFFICER (01) – ECH4

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Executive Support Officer will be primarily responsible for the provision of administrative, operational, and dedicated project management assistance to the CEO and the Management Committee. 4.0 SOFTWARE ENGINEER (01) – ECH5
Job Summary
Reporting to the Applications Administrator, the job holder will be responsible for applying computing principals to create internal programs/scripts, and integration software services. Additionally, he/she will be responsible for designing desired specifications, coding, testing, debugging, and enhancing programs.
