Job Title: Marketing And Operations Officer

Job Summary

We’re seeking motivated and results-driven Marketing And Operations Officer to join our team on the Copperbelt Province. As a marketing and operations officer, you will be in charge of marketing and managing operations on the Copperbelt Province.

Responsibilities

1. Assist in selling products/services to customers both via direct marketing and on social media.

2. Build relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service.

3. Conduct product demonstrations or presentations

4. Meet sales targets and contribute to team goals

5. Learn and stay up-to-date on product knowledge

6. Provide feedback to management on customer needs and market trends.

7. Manage operations on the Copperbelt Province.

8. Perform any other duty as may be assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements

1.    Must have a degree or a diploma in a degree business, marketing, or related field

2.    Having at least 3 years relevant experience will be added advantage. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

3.    Strong communication and interpersonal skills

4.    Ability to work in a team environment

5.    Must have the ability to work under minimum supervision.

6.    Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
