Call for proposals to conduct an End of Project Evaluation for Community Driven Models for WASH Improvement in Makululu, Kabwe

Habitat for Humanity Zambia invites qualified and experienced consultants/consulting firms to submit bids to conduct an End-of-Project Evaluation for the project “Community-Driven Models for WASH Improvement in Makululu, Kabwe,” funded by the German Government (BMZ).

The assignment will assess the project’s relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, impact, and sustainability in line with OECD-DAC evaluation criteria.

Interested consultants are encouraged to request the full Terms of Reference (ToRs) by emailing Procurement@habitatzam.org.zm

Submission deadline: Thursday, 5th February 2026 at 10:00 hours.
