Key Responsibilities

Front Desk / Reception Duties

Β Β β€’Β Β Welcome and attend to clients professionally

Β Β β€’Β Β Manage bookings and appointment scheduling (walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp)

Β Β β€’Β Β Confirm appointments and follow up with clients

Β Β β€’Β Β Handle payments (cash, mobile money, bank transfers)

Β Β β€’Β Β Daily cash-up and record keeping

Β Β β€’Β Β Maintain clean and professional reception area

Β Β β€’Β Β Assist with customer service and complaints handling

Social Media & Content Support (Light duties)

Β Β β€’Β Β Capture clear photos/videos of clients’ services (before/after) with consent

Β Β β€’Β Β Post daily Instagram/Facebook stories (availability, offers, behind-the-scenes)

Β Β β€’Β Β Post or schedule reels/posts provided by management

Β Β β€’Β Β Respond to DMs professionally and direct clients to bookings

Β Β β€’Β Β Promote weekly packages and offers on social platforms

Requirements

Β Β β€’Β Β Certificate/Diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service or related field is an advantage

Β Β β€’Β Β Strong communication skills (English)

Β Β β€’Β Β Trustworthy, organized and presentable

Β Β β€’Β Β Good customer care and professional
